The subject of the order is the preparation of complete project documentation (hereinafter referred to as documentation) along with obtaining the opinions, agreements and administrative decisions required by law, as well as performing authorial supervision for the following tasks: 1.1. Task settlement number: 03-04-1.1-05 Task name: Part 3: Preparation of project documentation for the task: Construction of a dry reservoir in unit 28a of Wolica Forest District; Location: - Wolica Forest District; forest addresses: 03-04-1-01-28-a (Natura 2000 area – „Las nad Braciejową” PLH 180023); - County: Dębicki; City: Dębica; cadastral district 6; parcel number 2577. Description: - Construction of a dry reservoir by damming a watercourse with an earth embankment, with the installation of a pipe allowing free water flow and reinforcement with a stone apron at the inlet and outlet. The planned volume of retained water is 400 m3 on an area of approx. 0.3 ha. 2. The documentation will include: 2.1. Project documentation containing: 2.1.1. architectural design in the scope taking into account the specificity of construction works. 2.1.2. executive project 2.2. Cost documentation containing: 2.2.1. Investment cost estimate prepared in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the determination of methods and bases for the preparation of the investment cost estimate, calculation of planned costs of project works and planned costs of construction works specified in the functional-use programme (Journal of Laws 2021 item 2458), 2.2.2. Bill of quantities, which should include a list of basic works planned to be carried out in the technological sequence of their execution, along with their detailed description or indication of the bases determining the detailed description and indication of the appropriate technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works. The bill of quantities should include, as annexes, calculations and lists of quantities of basic work units indicating the method of calculating the positions of the bill of quantities.
