Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Objektplanung und TGA: Sanierung der Turnhalle Grundschule Himbergen

The municipality of Bevensen-Ebstorf plans to renovate the sports hall of Himbergen Primary School. The hall, built in the 1970s, is currently in many parts at the level of technology of that time. Since its construction, only parts of the changing area have been renewed, so that, for example, the impact walls, the sports floor, the sports equipment and the other technical facilities are no longer up to standard. The hall is currently used by the primary school for physical education and by local clubs for club sports. The planning services for architecture and building services (TGA) are to be tendered according to the German fee structure for architects and engineers (HOAI) in separate lots. A phased commissioning is planned.
