Studies, animation, technical and procedural support, environmental assessment and production of the PLUI documents until its approval - Market with optional sections (TF and 23 optional sections) described in the consultation file downloadable for free - Deadline for the execution of the services Firm section: the firm section is executed within a forecast period of forty-five (45) months from the order specifying its start. Optional sections: The optional sections come into effect from the notification of the order confirming their commencement. They are executed within the overall deadline of the contract and its coherence. Their execution can be simultaneous with that of the firm section or any other optional section. See CCTP and consultation documents for details of the services. Confirmation deadline: the deadline for confirming the optional sections is set at 45 months from the order specifying the start of the firm section. The confirmation of the optional sections is left to the sole discretion of the contracting authority. The non-confirmation of one or more optional sections does not give rise to the payment of any standby or cancellation indemnity.
