The subject of the contract includes loading, unloading and transport services for various elements of hospital equipment and infrastructure (furniture, equipment, appliances, not requiring qualified personnel and others), within the premises of the medical facility in the city of Plovdiv, which services will be carried out upon the occurrence of a need and initiative of the medical facility, with a forecasted volume for the maximum term of the public procurement of 36 months in the amount of 10 tons of transported goods and 150 km of goods transport, but without commitments for the medical facility to achieve certain volumes, frequency, minimum quantities and deadlines for award. The forecasted value of the public procurement amounts to 200 000 euros excluding VAT for its maximum term of 36 months. This value includes 133 333,33 euros excluding VAT forecasted value for the basic contract term of 24 months, and in case of extension of the contract with new 12 months the forecasted value increases proportionally to the above-mentioned total forecasted value.
