Germany – Construction project management services – Neubau Multifunktionszentrum in Köthen (Anhalt) - Projektsteuerung gem. AHO

The municipality of Köthen (Anhalt) intends to construct a multifunctional centre on the western outskirts of the city for use as a club sports, leisure sports and events venue, as well as a community centre. The multifunctional centre is to replace and expand the city's existing, dilapidated sports facilities. In the future, the centre is to consist of several areas on a total area of approx. 60,000 m². The total costs (cost groups 200 - 700) for the multifunctional centre are estimated at approx. 31.2 million EUR gross. As part of this tendering procedure, the project management services for the aforementioned overall project are being tendered. Note: The contractor for project management may not provide any planning and/or construction services for the multifunctional centre.
