Delivery of pharmaceutical products for the needs of MABAL “Dr. Bratran Shukerov” AD. Delivery of pharmaceutical products through a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) based on technical specifications, which will be detailed in the Technical Specifications attached to the invitations, which the Contracting Authority will send to candidates in the second stage of the DPS. Within the dynamic purchasing system (DPS), public orders for the delivery of pharmaceutical products for the needs of MABAL “Dr. Bratran Shukerov” AD, included in Annex No. 2 of the Positive Drug List, Annex No. 3 of the Positive Drug List, the Register of Maximum Prices and the Register of Maximum Selling Prices, as well as pharmaceutical products not included in the aforementioned registers, will be placed. The nature and estimated forecast quantities of the deliveries are determined based on the needs of the Contracting Authority and the data from previous awards of pharmaceutical products under dynamic purchasing system No. T401436 for the period 2024–2026, including new pharmaceutical products. The forecast quantities for 72 months are 7,486,932 units of pharmaceutical products.
