The products that are the subject of this procedure are part of the category of products that form the basis for ensuring the treatment of patients, and in their absence, the risk to life increases. Through this procedure, medicines in the required presentation and quantities as specified in the terms of reference will be procured. According to the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority sets a deadline by which it will respond clearly and completely to the requests for clarification/ additional information from tenderers as follows: - number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/ additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
