Varian työelämäpalvelut is procuring a vocational training and examination arrangement for Close Care Worker, to be carried out as an apprenticeship. The procurement may include a full qualification or part qualification, as needed by the employer and the student. In the partial procurement of the qualification, pricing is based on the part of the qualification. The Close Care Worker vocational qualification is arranged in cooperation with the client, apprenticeship employers, students and the service provider. The training mainly takes place at the apprentices' workplaces and is based on an agreement between the employer and the employee and the training organiser or entrepreneur and the training organiser. The maximum number of training days, including face-to-face, remote, online and hybrid teaching, is 12 days. The total duration of the training for one person to complete the entire qualification is estimated to be approximately 12 months on average. The number of training days and the duration of studies are determined according to the individual's personal competence development plan. The training location is agreed between the client and the service provider. The number of students over a 2-year framework agreement period is estimated to be approximately 160 people. A 2-year framework agreement is drawn up with the service providers and the possibility to use option years is reserved (1 + 1 year).
