The subject of the procurement is an EU procurement of a total of 77 different products - divided into three lots - as rail vehicle spare parts for multiple vehicle series of Deutsche Bahn AG. The deliveries and services to be provided by the contractor are described in the further procurement documents. For legal reasons, unfortunately no drawings can be provided for the items included in the invitation to tender. A unique identification of the parts is made by the manufacturer's article number. For the framework agreement(s) resulting from this invitation to tender, a price adjustment formula (PGF) will be applied. The price indices are determined as the average of the months March, April, June of the current year with the average of the months October, November, December of the previous year. The price update results from the averages that are entered into the above formula. The result is the factor by which the prices are updated. Since procurement prices are expected to be volatile in the near future, a price adjustment formula (PGF) on an annual basis with a base percentage of +/- 2.0% (inclusive) will be introduced in this invitation to tender. Prices remain the same for fluctuations within the base percentage. If procurement prices are found to fluctuate by more than +/- 2.0%, the price adjustment formula will be applied for each item in the position resulting from this invitation to tender in a framework agreement. The common database is agreed to be the database of DeStatis (Federal Statistical Office in Wiesbaden). The indices can be accessed via the internet address https://www-genesis.destatis.de/datenbank/online. The price check takes place once a year on 1 July of each year of the term of the framework agreement(s). The price check must be requested by the contractor and confirmed in writing by the contracting authority (Holschuld).
