France – Property management services of real estate on a fee or contract basis – Mandat de gestion - Administration, gestion et suivi des immeubles communaux locatifs de la Ville de Colmar

The contract covers the following services: Management mandate - Administration, management and monitoring of the municipal rental properties of the City of Colmar. This is a unit-price services contract. For each property managed under this contract, the contractor will receive management fees calculated by applying percentages detailed in the contract award document to the rent excluding charges. The contract services are not divided into lots. Dividing the contract into lots would make the execution of the services technically more difficult and financially more costly. Furthermore, the contracting authority wishes for the management and monitoring of the municipal rental properties to be carried out by a single contractor so that the outcome is homogeneous from one property to another.
