AOK Bayern - The Health Insurer (hereinafter "AOK Bayern" or "Seller") is the owner of the property located at 91052 Erlangen, Schuhstraße 36, which is developed with a 3-storey (ground floor + 1st floor + converted attic) office and administrative building with two apartments. The use as an office and administrative building by AOK Bayern is expected to continue until autumn 2026. The handover to the buyer is to take place by 31 December 2026 at the latest. AOK Bayern intends to sell the property at 91052 Erlangen, Schuhstraße 36, to a third party. AOK Bayern is conducting a structured bidding process for the sale of the property. It is expressly stated that this is not a formal tendering procedure under the provisions of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) and the Award of Public Contracts Regulation (VgV). To the extent that a notice is published via the EU platform for public procurement (TED) or another procurement platform, this serves only to ensure procedural transparency. There is no submission to procurement regulations or corresponding self-binding of the Seller. Bidders do not acquire any corresponding subjective rights. Participants have no claim to reimbursement of any costs incurred for participation in the structured bidding process.
