The subject of the contract is the supply of office, stationery and printing paper for the needs of the State Water Holding Wody Polskie Regional Water Management Authority in Rzeszow, divided into 5 parts: Part 1 – Supply of office, stationery and printing paper for the needs of the Regional Water Management Authority in Rzeszow, 35-103 Rzeszów ul. Hanasiewicza 17B, Part 2 – Supply of office, stationery and printing paper for the needs of the Jaśle Catchment Management, 38-200 Jasło ul. Floriańska 112, Part 3 – Supply of office, stationery and printing paper for the needs of the Krośnie Catchment Management, 38-400 Krosno ul. Bieszczadzka 5, Part 4 – Supply of office, stationery and printing paper for the needs of the Przemyśl Catchment Management, 37-700 Przemyśl ul. Wybrzeże Ojca Św. Jana Pawła II 6, Part 5 – Supply of office, stationery and printing paper for the needs of the Stalowa Wola Catchment Management, 37-450 Stalowa Wola ul. Jagiellońska 17. The detailed description of the subject of the contract for a given part of the contract is contained in Annex No 3 to SWZ. Description of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not allow the division of the contract within individual parts. The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more parts of the contract. Unless SWZ provides otherwise, its provisions shall apply accordingly to all parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of submitting variant bids. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding a contract, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. Rules regarding subcontracting: The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the work related to the placement and installation of the subject of the contract, as referred to in Article 121(2) of the Pzp Act. The Contractor may entrust a subcontractor with the performance of any part of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate in the Bid Form the parts of the contract the performance of which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the Contracting Authority with the names of any potential subcontractors, if they are already known. In the event that the Subcontractor is not indicated in the bid, the Contracting Authority shall assume that the Contractor has declared the implementation of the contract without the participation of subcontractors. Detailed requirements regarding subcontracting are contained in the contract template. Contract under the right of option: The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of applying the right of option, as referred to in Article 441(1) of the Pzp Act.
