Germany – Medical information systems – Interkommunales Telenotarztsystem „Östliches Ruhrgebiet" und "Mittleres Ruhrgebiet"

The subject of the procurement is the procurement, implementation, integration and further development of a telemedicine system, including the necessary technical infrastructure for: ­ the telemedicine centre of the „Telenotarzt östliches Ruhrgebiet“ consortium and ­ the telemedicine centre of the „Telenotarzt mittleres Ruhrgebiet“ consortium. The system includes in particular: ­ the central telemedicine platform, ­ the technical equipment of the telemedicine workstations, ­ the necessary emergency vehicle (RTW) peripherals, ­ interfaces and integration components, and ­ services for operation, support and further development. The aim of the procurement is to procure a uniform system that enables the parallel operation of two organisationally separate telemedicine structures and at the same time ensures mutual support.
