Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) creation for the procurement of foodstuffs for the joint purposes of the contracting authorities (AK). The procurement quantity, expressed in natural units, is specified by AK in the technical specification and in the description of the individual product categories, to which AK is not bound in terms of the quantities per line or the products. AK determines the procurement quantity for each product category and for the sections to be created during the tendering phase with a framework amount. The DPS ceases to exist in respect of the given section if the framework for the given section is exhausted. According to the categories under Section 106 (4) of the Public Procurement Act, the procurement subjects in this procedure are the procurement subjects determined according to the definition of the individual product categories (bakery products / dairy, dairy products / meat, meat products / dry goods / vegetables, fruit / canned goods). Accordingly, AK is entitled to request a tender for a product belonging to the given category but not listed in the technical specification issued in the participation phase during the tendering phases. AK plans to conduct the tendering phases for periods of 6 months. The individual joint AKs conclude separate framework agreements with the winning economic operators (AT) as a result of the individual tendering phases. It is FORBIDDEN to submit a tender in the (participation) phase relating to the creation of the DPS!
