Society Salubrizare Timisoara SRL wishes to acquire, on the basis of a framework agreement for a period of 18 months, the following: industrial salt for de-icing, bulk, minimum 500 tonnes and maximum 3000 tonnes, with transport assured by the Supplier and included in the price. The smallest subsequent contract will be concluded for the supply of 200 tonnes, while the largest subsequent contract will be for 500 tonnes, and will be executed as often as needed. Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications regarding this procedure, the deadline for requesting clarifications being 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders mentioned in the invitation to tender. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/ additional information, by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
