Germany – Architectural and related services – LOS 2 Tragwerksplanung - Ergänzungsbau Grundschule John Brinkmann Rostock

The Hanseatic and University City of Rostock plans to expand and functionally adapt the "John Brinckmann" Primary School in the Brinckmansdorf district. The aim is to improve the spatial conditions for operation as a full-time primary school. To this end, additional classrooms, specialist and functional rooms are to be created, the teachers' room is to be expanded, and rooms for school social work and trainees are to be provided. Furthermore, the expansion of the sanitary facilities and the creation of barrier-free access, particularly to the upper floor, are planned. Further information can be found in the tender documents.
