The development and maintenance of the websites managed by TEHIKU will be carried out under a framework agreement with up to 5 suppliers. Mini-tenders will be conducted with the framework agreement partners and framework contracts will be awarded without mini-tenders, based on the conditions of the framework agreement, using the cascade method. The estimated value of the framework agreement is 600 000 EUR and the maximum possible total value is 1 000 000 EUR. If there is one supplier, a framework agreement of smaller volume and shorter duration will be concluded with one supplier. The implementation of the framework contracts may be financed both from the state budget and from various European Union funds, which is why the implementation of the framework contracts may be associated with various obligations related to different funding requirements.
