1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicines. 2. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders. 3. The contractor may submit a tender for one or any number of parts. The subject of the contract has been divided by the contracting authority into parts: Part no. 1 - MEDICINAL PRODUCTS Part no. 2 - MEDICINAL PRODUCTS 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, as defined in the price form, which is annex no. 2 to the SWZ.
