The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of vegetables and fruits. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into 6 parts as follows: 1) Part no. 1: Delivery of fruits from gr. I (apples, pears); 2) Part no. 2: Delivery of fruits from gr. I (citrus fruits); 3) Part no. 3: Delivery of fruits from gr. II; 4) Part no. 4: Delivery of vegetables from gr. I; 5) Part no. 5: Delivery of vegetables from gr. II; 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract in terms of minimum quality requirements is: Annex 5 to SWZ. 4. The detailed quantitative specification is: 1) Annex 1A to SWZ – concerning part no. 1, 2) Annex 1B to SWZ – concerning part no. 2, 3) Annex 1C to SWZ – concerning part no. 3, 4) Annex 1D to SWZ – concerning part no. 4, 5) Annex 1E to SWZ – concerning part no. 5, - depending on the parts for which the Contractor will tender. These annexes are also the forms for calculating the offer price. 5. The draft contractual provisions are also an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 4 to SWZ).
