France – Computer network services – Acquisition, prestations de maintenance et de gestion des infrastructures réseau, Wi-Fi et de téléphonie

This consultation concerns: The acquisition and maintenance and management services for network, Wi-Fi and telephony infrastructures. The general objective of this consultation is to provide services to support the establishments of the GHT de Charente as well as the EHPAD HABRIOUX (Aigre) and TALLEYRAND (Chalais) in maintaining their infrastructures in operational condition. More specifically, this involves benefiting from maintenance services, and managed management of the Lan, Wifi and telephony architecture (configuration management, installation management, evolution, incident management and reporting). This contract will also provide and integrate new equipment. The scope of the services is as follows: - The description of the services is specified in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). A purchasing group has been set up between the establishments of the GHT de Charente as well as the EHPAD HABRIOUX (Aigre) and TALLEYRAND (Chalais) with the Centre Hospitalier d'Angoulême as the coordinator. The coordinator is responsible for the award of public contracts as well as their possible renewals, amendments and terminations. Each member establishment is responsible for its own execution.
