Germany – Multi-dwelling buildings construction work – Generalübernehmerleistungen Projekt WAA - Waldowallee

The HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (HOWOGE) plans to construct six key-ready multi-family timber hybrid buildings and to renovate and extend a gutted existing building to a multi-family house on the site at Waldowallee 115, 117 in Berlin-Lichtenberg OT Karlshorst. A total of 306 rental apartments and four commercial units will be created. The construction project is divided into two construction phases. Construction phase 1 includes the implementation of three new buildings and the renovation and extension of the existing building on the western part of the project site with 202 residential units and four commercial units. Construction phase 2 includes the construction of three further identical new buildings with 104 residential units on the eastern part of the project site.
