The subject of the present public procurement is the selection of a contractor to provide preventive medical examinations and tests for employees at the TPP of NIO - Pazardzhik. The types of preventive medical examinations and tests are determined in accordance with Appendix No. 5 to Article 8 of Ordinance No. 3/28.02.1987 on the mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers, Article 9 of Ordinance No. 7/15.08.2005 on the minimum requirements for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions when working with video display units and based on the analyses of the preventive medical examinations and tests conducted in 2025 in the NIO system (CU and 28 TPPs) and the proposal of the occupational health service. The preventive medical examinations are carried out for all employees of the TPP of NIO - Pazardzhik according to the list. As of the date of preparation of the technical specification, the estimated number of employees is 103, of which 95 are women and 8 are men. The number of employees indicated is indicative and may change in terms of number and gender. Pursuant to Article 104, Paragraph 2 of the PPA, the commission will review the tenders received in the so-called "reverse order", regulated in Article 61 of the PPA.
