The subject of the present public procurement is the selection of a contractor to provide preventive medical examinations and tests for employees at the TP of NOI - Vidin. The type of preventive medical examinations and tests is determined in accordance with Appendix No. 5 to Article 8 of Decree No. 3/28.02.1987 on mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers, Article 9 of Decree No. 7/15.08.2005 on minimum requirements for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions when working with video display units and based on the analyses of the preventive medical examinations and tests carried out in 2025 in the NOI system and the proposal of the occupational health service. The preventive medical examinations are carried out for all employees of the TP of NOI - Vidin and for the employees of the CU with workplaces located in Vidin, according to a list that, at the time of preparation of the technical specification, amounts to a forecast of 57 employees, of which 52 women and 5 men. The types of preventive examinations and tests to be carried out by the contractor are as follows: 1. Examination by an internist - assessment of general health status, measurement of blood pressure, pulse, and electrocardiogram with interpretation for recording cardiovascular diseases. 2. Examination by a neurologist - assessment of neurological status for recording diseases of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. 3. Examination by an ophthalmologist with vision acuity and refraction testing for recording eye diseases and their appendages (examination with a refractometer). Measurement of intraocular pressure. Issuance of a prescription for glasses. 4. Examination by a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology. Taking and testing of a cytological smear. 5. Mammography - women. 6. Examination with tumor marker PSA (prostate-specific antigen) - for the prevention and early detection of prostate diseases - men. 7. Ultrasound of abdominal organs - men. 8. Clinical-laboratory tests: complete blood count, ESR, total cholesterol and both fractions (HDL, LDL), triglycerides, glucose.
