MVM Mátra Energia Zrt. has 1 unit of 220MW and 2 units of 232MW installed electrical capacity, each with an incoming thermal capacity of more than 500MWth, coal-fired power generation blocks. The coal-fired blocks consist of boilers, turbo-generator units, cooling systems, and flue gas desulfurization systems. The current absorbers' outgoing emission flue gas measuring systems are outdated, their repair and maintenance are impracticable, and their spare parts supply has ceased. Therefore, both absorbers will be replaced with new, legally compliant, stable measuring systems. The bidder's task is to supply, install, and commission 2 new, identical make and type Absorber outgoing flue gas measuring systems. The procurement also includes providing a warranty for the entire flue gas measuring system for a minimum of 24 months from the date of successful handover, the details of which are outlined in the contract draft. The detailed task description and quantity for the subject of the procurement are included in the Technical Description section of the Procurement Documents (KD). Any manufacturer or type designation possibly indicated in the KD serves only to clearly define the technical content; equivalent solutions may also be offered.
