France – Engineering services – Prestation de maîtrise d’œuvre en signalisation ferroviaire, échange voyageurs et systèmes d’aide à l’exploitation RATP

This notice aims to establish a multi-beneficiary framework agreement with subsequent contracts, for Lot 1, and a single-beneficiary framework agreement for Lot 2, with no minimum amount and a maximum of 13 370 000 € HT. This framework agreement aims to provide a centre of expertise for the design of railway systems projects led by the RATP, for the professions of "railway signalling", "passenger exchange" and "operational support systems". The services are divided into two distinct lots: Lot 1: Provision of a centre of expertise for the design of railway systems projects for the ESE (Equipment of the Operating System) entity. This lot aims to provide a centre of expertise for the design of projects related to the ESE entity, awarded to 3 Contractors. The services will be subject to a new tender when needed. Lot 2: Provision of a centre of expertise for the design of railway systems projects for the SIG (Railway Signalling) entity. This lot aims to provide a centre of expertise for the design of projects related to the SIG entity, awarded to 1 Contractor. The maximum amount corresponds to the estimated costs indicated below: Lot 1 - ESE: 18 ETP per year, i.e. approximately 3924 days, depending on operational needs. Lot 2 - SIG: 8 ETP per year, i.e. approximately 1800 days, depending on operational needs. The costs are given as an indication and do not commit the RATP. The details of the services to be carried out by the Contractor are specified in the technical specifications (see Section 2 of the framework agreement). The estimated start date for the services is September 2026.
