Poland – Overhaul and refurbishment work – Remont budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego przy ul. Henryka Pobożnego 20 we Wrocławiu

The scope of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) repair of the staircase, 2) repair of the front elevation with the reconstruction of architectural details, 3) insulation of the rear elevation and the elevation of the annex, 4) repair and strengthening of ceilings along with the implementation of fire safety measures, 5) repair and maintenance of existing structural elements such as walls and existing window sills, 6) insulation of the ceiling above the top floor, 7) insulation of the attic walls, 8) replacement of worn-out window and door joinery and renovation of original joinery, 9) repair of basements with the implementation of vertical and horizontal anti-moisture insulation, 10) repair of the roof truss (replacement of all structural elements) and roof covering along with the relocation of chimneys and the implementation of sheet metal works, 11) allocation and adaptation of a room for the needs of the heat node, 12) repair of the annex building, 13) repair of service premises, 14) change of the structure of existing residential premises including the allocation of sanitary facilities, 15) ensuring proper ventilation in the building, 16) repair of chimney ducts, 17) construction of a window well along with the installation of a personal lift adapted for disabled persons, 18) dismantling of the gas installation, 19) installation of cold water, hot water and circulation, 20) installation of sanitary sewerage, 21) installation of central heating supplied from the heat node, 22) installation of electrical installations including, inter alia: a) energy distribution in the building - WLZ routes, fire protection circuit breaker, main building switchboard, administrative board with electric energy metering, meter board of the service and residential part of the building, b) general and emergency lighting installation, c) internal electrical installations, d) anti-shock protection installation, e) installation of local and main equalizing connections, f) building telecommunication installation, g) intercom installation, h) RTV antenna installation, i) staircase ventilation installation, j) lightning protection and earthing of the building. 23) execution, delivery and installation of the "information board for residents" – within 7 days from the date of taking over the construction site from the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the instruction for Contractors "Principles of marking investments in the scope of information for residents".
