The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from the owners of properties located in the area of the City of Rybnik. 1.1. The Contractor is obliged to handle the municipal waste collected from the owners of properties in the area of the City of Rybnik in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, including the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 7 October 2016 on detailed requirements for the transport of waste, and local law concerning the management of municipal waste, in particular by: a) transferring the non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste collected from the owners of properties directly to the municipal waste processing facility, b) transferring the selectively collected municipal waste from the owners of properties and mobile collection points directly or through another waste collector to a recovery or disposal facility, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in the waste act. 2. The municipal waste covered by the subject of the contract comes from the area of inhabited properties, mixed, i.e. partly inhabited and partly uninhabited, where municipal waste is generated, and uninhabited properties, where municipal waste is generated.
