The procurement will be carried out for the major programmes of the MApN and on behalf of several contracting authorities with which UM 02415 Bucharest will conclude an association agreement as provided for in art. 3 para. 4 lit c) of OUG 114/2011 and art. 7^1 of the Minister of Defence's Order no. M31/2008. Information on the receipt of clarification requests and the transmission of responses to clarification requests: After the publication of the participation notice, tenderers may submit clarification requests to the Procedure Details/Questions section. Responses to clarification requests will be made in accordance with art 160-161 of Law 98/2016. -The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 25 days. -The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests by the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Subsequent contracts will be concluded by each associate in part with the product supplier.
