The subject of the contract is the energy modernisation of public utility buildings in Siemianowice Śląskie I - Thermomodernisation of the building of Zespół Przedszkolny nr 1 Przedszkola nr 7 at ul. As part of the investment, the following will be carried out, among others: a) external wall insulation above and below ground level with the execution of below-ground wall waterproofing, b) roof insulation with roof covering replacement and sheet metal work, c) chimney repair, d) demolition work, e) replacement of gutters and downpipes, f) replacement of the specified window and door joinery, g) terrace repair, h) installation of canopies above entrances, i) repair of the canopy over the main entrance to the building, j) repair of entrance stairs, k) execution of balustrades, l) execution of drainage, m) execution of a belt around the building, n) sanitary facilities repair, o) replacement of water and hydrant installations, p) replacement of heating installations with radiators and modernisation of the heat node, q) mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation, r) replacement of electrical installations - internal power lines, 1-phase sockets, computer power supply installation, fire protection installation, s) replacement of basic and emergency lighting, t) replacement of lightning protection installation and grounding, u) installation of nesting boxes for birds.
