The present contract aims to conclude, following a two-phase procedure, a framework agreement with a single service provider BY LOT for the conduct of market studies during the years 2027-2030. The present contract is divided into three (3) lots: - Lot 1: Monitoring (monthly) of the evolution of the various games of the National Lottery – quantitative study - Lot 2: Post-tests of advertising campaigns – quantitative study - Lot 3: Pre/Post-tests of advertising campaigns – qualitative study. The examination and selection of applications will be carried out on the basis of the selection guide (phase 1). Only the selected candidates will be invited to submit an offer (phase 2). The tender specifications for phase 2 (with the exception of the confidential annexes) are made available for information. The final date mentioned is the closing date for the submission of participation requests (application files).
