The subject of this tender procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The subject of the public contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement is the provision of time-limited use of personal vehicles owned by the supplier, including related services, i.e. the agreement of terms for the rental of personal vehicles (with conventional or electric drive) in the form of operational leasing.
