- Establish a guide plan for resilient and concerted greening and urban development to integrate climate change into urban development operations, and select around twenty priority sites to be addressed on the territory. This guide plan will be developed in parallel and in conjunction with the ongoing revision of the PLU, for which the strengthening, protection and enhancement of nature in the city, including on private spaces, is a major challenge and area of work.

- Establish this guide plan in a participatory manner by widely involving citizens from across the city.

- Integrate the municipal project "places communes" into the study, which aims to reinvent public spaces and neighbourhood life by promoting citizen participation, urban development, and shared greening.

- Implement, on a city-wide scale, a land and technical strategy and coordinate the operational implementation of the proposals with the city.

The present contract is not divided into lots in accordance with the reasons stated in the tender specifications, which are accessible in the tender dossier. Within the framework of this tender, the city of Nîmes acts as the contracting authority.
