The purpose of this tender is to find a suitable contractor for the interior cleaning of four schools. This includes the professional interior cleaning of the room groups listed in the room book for each school, as well as the necessary measures for maintenance and preservation. Additionally, readiness for additional special cleaning services and tasks upon written order is required. The total areas to be cleaned are 946,696.08m² (Oberschule an der Helgolander Straße), 901,086.96m² (Marie-Curie-Schule), 769,884.60m² (Schule Oberneuland) and 600,528.43m² (Kippenberg-Gymnasium). Site inspections will take place on 12.10.2026 at 10:00 (Oberschule an der Helgolander Straße), on 13.10.2026 at 10:00 (Schule Oberneuland), on 13.10.2026 at 11:30 (Marie-Curie-Schule) and on 14.10.2026 at 10:00 (Kippenberg-Gymnasium). The inspection of the buildings is mandatory; non-attendance will result in exclusion from the tendering procedure for the respective lot. For example, if you only participate in the inspection on 12.10.2026, offers for lots 2, 3 and 4 will be excluded from evaluation, and only the offer for lot 1 will be evaluated. Washing machine connections are available at the Marie-Curie-Schule, the Schule Oberneuland and the Kippenberg-Gymnasium. There are no washing machine connections at the Oberschule an der Helgolander Straße. Cleaning windows: By arrangement within the non-chargeable times between 05:00 and 22:00. The contracting entity reserves the right to examine in detail offers whose effective hourly charge rate (including all discounts granted) is below 180% of the currently valid collective agreement wage rate and thus appears to be unprofitable. Offers whose effective hourly charge rate is below 170% of the currently valid collective agreement wage rate are automatically unprofitable and will be excluded directly without further examination. The contracting entity therefore requests all bidders to present the hourly charge rate underlying the offer according to the scheme of the Federal Association of the Cleaning Industry and to prove the profitability of the offer in the individual components. This scheme must be attached to the offer. If doubts about profitability cannot be fully dispelled within the framework of the detailed examination, the offer will be excluded from further evaluation. This also applies if the bidder does not comply with the duty to provide information or does not do so in a form that makes it clear without further questions and with evidence that all cost items are derived transparently according to industry standards. Due to the uncertainty regarding the statutory minimum wage from 01.01.2027, we ask you to continue to calculate the SVS with the current statutory minimum wage of 15,00€.
