• Preparation of project documentation in the scope of:

o Project documentation for building permit including the performance of related engineering activities and securing the building permit;

o Project documentation for building demolition including the performance of related engineering activities, securing the demolition permit, itemized budget and list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities;

o Project documentation for construction implementation including itemized budget and list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities;

• Collaboration and technical assistance in the tendering process for selecting the contractor for construction works;

• Performance of the designer's supervision during the performance of demolition works and the realization of the construction until its completion.
