The present tender concerns window cleaning at CBS. The tender is carried out as a public EU tender. The contracting authority has chosen not to split the contract, as this would involve disproportionately high administration, and because there is a good synergy in having one supplier for all addresses. The contracting authority's voluntary exclusion criteria are set out in the tender notice. The contracting authority notes that section 137(1)(6) of the Public Procurement Act, regarding unpaid overdue debt of less than 100,000 DKK, does not apply. No minimum requirements are set for the tenderer's suitability, including economic and technical capacity.
