The ÖBB intend to construct a privately financed residential building with over 300 apartments in the mid-price segment and small commercial areas for rent on the construction site 10 of the Vienna urban development area "Neues Landgut". The ÖBB are seeking a general planner and a checking engineer for all performance phases, excluding ÖBA, with the present procedure. In the 1st award procedure stage, applicants will be selected for the 2nd award procedure stage via reference projects. In the 2nd award procedure stage, a quality offer (70%) in the form of a planning concept and a price offer (30%) will be obtained from the 6 top-ranked applicants.
