Germany – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Unterstützungsleistungen ePA App

The subject of the contract is a framework agreement under the EVB-IT for support services for the ePA app and other IT applications of the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK). The support services cover various specific areas of action that are necessary for the product cycle of ePA development: software development, specialist conception, UX and UI design, testing and quality management, as well as consulting and coaching services.
