1. The subject of the contract is the rental of a total of 109 electric vehicles for a period of 36 months. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The contract has been divided into 18 lots: Lot I - Electric passenger car, 5-door estate, homologated for 5 persons, factory new, year of manufacture not earlier than 2026, left-hand drive. Lot II - Electric passenger car homologated for 9 persons. Lot III - Electric passenger car homologated for 9 persons. Lot IV - Electric passenger car homologated for 8 or 9 persons. Lot V - Electric passenger car homologated for 8 persons (with two seating positions in the first row - one for the passenger, the second for the driver). Lot VI - Electric delivery van homologated for 7 persons. Lot VII - Electric delivery van homologated for 6 persons. Lot VIII - Electric delivery van homologated for 3 persons. Lot IX - Electric delivery van homologated for 3 persons. Lot X - Electric delivery van homologated for 3 persons. Lot XI - Electric delivery van homologated for 5 persons. Lot XII - Electric delivery van homologated for 5 persons (cargo). Lot XIII - Electric delivery van homologated for 3 persons. Lot XIV - Electric delivery van homologated for 6 persons. Lot XV - Electric delivery van homologated for 3 persons. Lot XVI - Electric delivery van homologated for 3 persons. Lot XVII - Electric passenger car, at least 4-door, homologated for 5 persons (exclusion of vehicles from outside the GPA/UE). Lot XVIII - Electric passenger car, at least 4-door, homologated for 5 persons (no exclusion of vehicles from outside the GPA/UE). 2. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers. 3. The contracting authority does not specify a minimum or maximum number of lots for which an offer may be submitted. The contracting authority does not limit the number of contract lots that may be awarded to a single Contractor. 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ.
