The subject of this tender is the professional and technical application support for the productive SAP S/4HANA accounting system of the DAAD, including all modules used in the system. The contractor will provide support services for the stable operation of the applications from a professional perspective and for their continuous development. A proactive, solution-oriented and economical support is expected in close cooperation with the specialist departments, the internal IT and other service providers used by the contracting authority.
