The subject of the public contract performance is the supply of 6 servers including installation work, warranty assurance and service support in case of faults. The detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is specified in the binding draft contract and its annexes, which is contained in Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation. The supplier will be obliged to comply with all obligations arising from Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on digital operational resilience of the financial sector and amending Regulations (EC) No 1060/2009, (EU) No 648/2012, (EU) No 600/2014, (EU) No 909/2014 and (EU) 2016/1011 and related legal acts when implementing the subject of the public contract.
