Denmark – Roof-framing work – Udbud af overdækning til Skibstrup Affaldscenter

Supply Helsingør Affald A/S (hereafter referred to as the "purchaser") is offering a total enterprise contract for the establishment of 2000 square meters of roofing over 27 container stand positions at Skibstrup Waste Centre. The establishment of the 27 container stand positions is also included in the contract. The container stand positions are distributed between 15 positions with L-elements to accommodate level differences and 12 positions on terrain. The roofing itself consists of 30 columns and foundations. It is noted around the foundations that the 27 container stand positions and roofing must be placed on an existing unloading area, so no pile foundations are allowed. Therefore, the foundations must have a maximum depth of 1.3 meters. This means that all new constructions covered by the contract, including the foundations, container stand positions with L-elements and roofing, will be founded on the underlying unloading area, which can cause settlements. The purchaser has developed a project proposal to ensure that the project is buildable prior to a tender. A number of assumptions have been made for the proposed construction, including static calculations. The tenderer must, in connection with the submission of a tender, either verify the project's assumptions as proposed by the purchaser, or calculate new assumptions as part of the tender. The tenderer is compensated for this with 50,000 kr., but see point 9 in Annex B. Reference is made to the drawings in Annex 2 and the static calculations in Annex 3, which are a prerequisite for the project. In addition to the container stand positions and roofing, the contract also includes the establishment of 4000 square meters of new asphalt paving, renovation, lighting at 200 lux, electrical panels, handling of rainwater and drainage and solar cells on selected roof surfaces.
