Côte d’Ivoire – Public relations consultancy services – Projet d’Appui à la Gouvernance N°3 - Assistance technique

This services contract concerns a complementary measure of the budgetary support provided by the European Union to Côte d'Ivoire. The objective of this complementary measure will be to support the State of Côte d'Ivoire in strengthening the relevance, efficiency and effectiveness of public policies by pursuing key reforms to modernise Public Financial Management and by enhancing the capacities for planning, programming, monitoring and evaluation of State intervention. The support will take the form of a technical assistance project on themes such as budget programming, statistics, internal control, material accounting or external audit.
