France – Traffic-signal maintenance services – Entretien, maintenance et contrôle des équipements électriques routiers du département de Meurthe-et-Moselle

This is a framework agreement with order forms concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification and tacitly renewable 3 times for periods of one year, up to a total of 4 years. The services are paid for by unit prices within the following limits indicated in the contract: a maximum of 80 000 euros HT per year, or 320 000 euros HT for the entire contract. The contract provides for the possibility of subsequently awarding the contract holder one or more contracts for the performance of similar services. The contract notification date indicated in this notice is given only as an indication and in no way binds the contracting authority.
