The subject of the contract is the provision of services involving the preparation of files in GeoJSON format containing processed results of geodetic measurements of specified sections of public roads in Poland for the purposes of expanding or updating the network of toll roads in Poland. 2. The subject of the contract includes: the basic order (guaranteed) and the order subject to the right of option (non-guaranteed, optional), provided in accordance with Article 441 of the Pzp Act. 3. As part of the basic order, the Contractor will, at the request of the Contracting Authority, supply the Contracting Authority with Products prepared on the basis of geodetic measurements of road sections, divided into Toll Sections, in the range of road sections with a total length of up to 1000 km. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the Contract, together with the conditions for the provision of the service in the scope of the basic order and the order subject to the right of option, has been specified in: 4.1 the draft contractual provisions (PPU), constituting Annex I to the SWZ; 4.2 the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) constituting Annex 1 to the PPU (a separate file, mentioned in Annex B to the SWZ).
