Global energy performance contract for the heritage of the CHR Metz-Thionville and the CH de Briey, including the design, implementation of energy performance works and the operation of the air conditioning installations. To achieve the objectives mentioned in the particular documents of the contract, the Contract combines the design and implementation of interventions on the Equipment with the operation and maintenance of the Equipment.
