Sweden – Refurbishment of run-down buildings – Humlegården träffpunkt och verksamhetsanpassning

The contract concerns a total turnkey project for the renovation and technical upgrading of Humlegården into a multifunctional meeting point with several municipal activities. The project includes the adaptation of premises and the upgrading of technical systems, including IT, electrical work, telecoms, HVAC and construction. The aim is to create fit-for-purpose, accessible and sustainable premises that contribute to a vibrant meeting place for residents.
