Romania – Thermal insulation work – Transformarea Liceului Teoretic German „Johann Ettinger” în clădire NZEB

The Municipality of Satu Mare is implementing the project „Transforming the German Theoretical High School „Johann Ettinger” into an NZEB building” within the Swiss-Romanian Cooperation Programme, thematic area (vi) „Energy efficiency and renewable energy”, Measure Support – Programme for energy efficiency and renewable energy. As part of this project, energy efficiency works will be carried out on buildings C1, C3, C6, of the Theoretical High School „Johann Ettinger”. The works aim to bring the entire ensemble up to the NZEB standard and involve interventions on both structural elements and all installations. Pursuant to art. 160 (2) of Law 98/2016, amended by OUG 107/2017, the contracting authority will respond to clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Furthermore, the number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days.
