Suppliers shall perform various municipal services, such as stair, moving, construction and office cleaning, cleaning of laundry rooms and premises (including high-level cleaning), spot cleaning/remediation, floor care, as well as emptying and storage of apartments and storage facilities within LKF's properties in Lund Municipality. The agreement complements LKF's own local maintenance.
