The subject of this public procurement contract includes activities for maintenance, preventive maintenance, and provision of spare parts and consumables for air conditioning equipment, owned by the TP of NOI - Vratsa, consisting of: 23 units of air conditioners and a chiller system, serving 25 units of convectors, located in the administrative building of the TP of NOI - Vratsa, at the address: Vratsa, "Hristo Botev" Square No. 1 and 46 units of air conditioners, located in the administrative building of the Unified Insurance Archive at the TP of NOI - Vratsa, at the address: Vratsa, "Mito Orozov" Blvd. No. 59. The contracting authority reserves the right to exclude from the subject of the contract air conditioners that have been taken out of service, written off, or for which the need for use has ceased for other reasons. The contracting authority reserves the right to include air conditioners in the subject of the contract.
