The Hufeland Klinikum GmbH intends to procure and implement an integrated duty roster and time management system for the digital, efficient and legally compliant planning of personnel and deployment. The aim is to support and optimise duty roster processes while complying with legal, collective bargaining and company-specific requirements. The system must enable the creation, management and optimisation of duty and deployment rosters, including complex shift models and varying qualification requirements. Absences as well as utilisation, capacity and availability data must be fully taken into account. In addition, functions for automated planning as well as reporting and evaluation options are expected. The scope of services includes provision, installation (on-premise or cloud), configuration, adaptation, commissioning and support services. Also included are data migration, training for users and administrators, and documentation. The solution must be tenant-capable, so that several tenants can be represented separately in organisational and data terms. The system must be compatible with the existing IT structures (e.g. P&I Loga, Orbis) and provide corresponding interfaces. Compliance with the DSGVO and IT security requirements is mandatory.
